Foreign Languages In chat, only Romanian and English are allowed. The use of other languages is prohibited to maintain clear and accessible communication for all members. Repeated use of phrases or sentences in other languages will lead to a punishment. (Punishment: 30-minute Mute)

Insults - Offensive Language It is forbidden to insult, curse, threaten, or use vulgar language in public chat. Abbreviated, censored, or foreign language insults are also punishable, e.g., "d1ck," "fagg0t," etc. If offensive language is present on signs, items, or gang names, the punishment is a "warn." (Punishment: 2-hour Mute / Warn)

Toxicity We do not tolerate toxicity and offensive jokes directed at other players. Toxicity is not limited to known expressions or phrases but includes any form of insult, irony, sarcasm, or derogatory expression aimed at negatively impacting other player's experiences. If you use these phrases or similar examples to display toxic behavior towards another player, you will be punished. For example, comments like "Vanea, I'll keep you in the air," "ez noob, I killed you," "why are you running, noob?" are considered insulting and will result in appropriate punishment. If toxicity is present on signs, items, or gang names, the punishment is a "warn." (Punishment: 2-hour Mute / Warn)

Also, toxicity and offensive language towards another player in private messages (/pm, /msg, etc.) will result in a warning.

Racism Any form of racism, whether direct or indirect, is strictly prohibited. Racist behavior in chat will be punished with a 2-day mute. If racism is found in gang names, items, or constructions, appropriate punishments will be applied to maintain our community standards. If racism is present in gang names, items, or constructions, the punishment is a 2-day ban. (Punishment: 2-day Mute / 2-day Ban)

Insulting Staff / Server Insulting, disrespecting, making offensive jokes, or using irony towards a staff member or the server is punishable. (Punishment: 3-day Mute)

Spam Spam is strictly prohibited in chat. By spam, we mean sending the same message consecutively multiple times. You are allowed to repeat a message up to two times. Using different formats or variations of the same message (e.g., with different emojis or styles) to repeat the same idea is not allowed. (Punishment: 1-hour Mute)

Caps Lock Abuse of Caps Lock is prohibited. You may not use CAPS LOCK for more than 3 words in a sentence. Excessive use of Caps Lock to draw attention or convey a message is not allowed. (Punishment: 1-hour Mute)

Word Stretching Word stretching is prohibited. You may not stretch words with more than 7 characters. Stretching refers to adding extra characters that clutter the chat and make it harder to read. Example: "hellooooooooo" (Punishment: 1-hour Mute)

Special Characters The use of special characters is prohibited, except for those available to donor ranks. Examples: ¶₧♂÷«. (Punishment: 1-hour Mute)

It is strictly forbidden to request favors, items, or any other advantages from staff members, including but not limited to: requests for items or resources, requests for the removal or modification of punishments, etc.

(Punishment: Warn) It is not allowed to accuse a player of hacking in the public chat, as they may leave the server or turn of their "hack," preventing them from being sanctioned. If you suspect someone of breaking the rules, record the player and report them on Discord via a ticket or a private message to a staff member. (Punishment: Warn)

Other Notes All of the above rules also apply in /helpop, /donorchat, /eac, or in private messages with staff members. (Punishment: Warn) It is forbidden to disclose a person's identity, location, IP address, phone number, address, etc., whether in chat, private messages, signs, or anything else. (Punishment: Permanent Ban) Indirect advertising is prohibited. Phrases like "who has a server?", "looking for a server," "who played on X server?" will be punished. (Punishment: 7-day Mute) Advertising is completely prohibited. "Join play.mariancraft.ro." We do not allow the promotion of other communities on our server. Mentioning other Discord servers, game servers (FiveM, Counter-Strike, etc.), YouTube channels, TikTok accounts, Instagram, etc., related to other communities that are not connected to mc-1st.ro is not allowed. (Punishment: Permanent Ban) Players are not allowed to promote their private social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) on the server. This rule applies both in public chat and in private messages sent to other players on the server. (Punishment: 2-day Mute)
