Real-World Trading You are not allowed to engage in out-of-game transactions. Example: "I’ll trade a Nightmare sword for 10 euros via PayPal." (Punishment: Permanent Ban)

Account Selling You are not allowed to sell accounts. (Punishment: Permanent Ban)

Account Sharing

You are not allowed to share accounts with other players, the shared account will be banned. (Punishment: Permanent Ban)

Evidence Falsification You are not allowed to falsify evidence. (Punishment: Permanent Ban)

Scamming with Renamed Items Scamming on /ah or through /trade by using renamed items (spawners, heads, etc.) or shulkers with false content to deceive others is prohibited. (Punishment: 3-day Ban)

Casino-Type Builds You are not allowed to create casino-type constructions such as slot machines, shell games, etc. (Punishment: 3-day Ban + construction deletion)

Server Administration and Staff Liability The server administration and staff are not responsible for trades conducted without an intermediary. To ensure transaction safety, use an intermediary by opening a ticket on Discord. If you conduct a trade without an intermediary and become a victim of a scam, the staff will not offer support. The server team does not take responsibility for lost items, access you grant to other players to your protections or islands, or for the players you ally with. Make sure to manage these aspects carefully, as any issues arising from these actions will not be resolved. However, if you have clear and conclusive evidence (e.g., a video that clearly shows the situation, relevant screenshots), the staff may review the case and take action if necessary. (Punishment: Depending on severity)
